In the past few years , Delhi has acquired the reputation of being an unsafe city. People have gone way too far in committing heinous crimes. Delhi’s Chief Minister Mr. Arvind Kejriwal and the Delhi police have recently been in a war of words with each other. Regarding 9 murders in 24 hours which took place in Delhi.
Mr.Kejriwal took the question of Delhi’s safety on social media platforms after corpse of an elderly couple along with their servant found in Vasant Vihar . Furthermore he said that the city has witnessed 9 murders in 24 hours.
Delhi is witnessing a dangerous spurt in serious crimes. An elderly couple and their domestic help murdered in Vasant Vihar. Nine murders reported in last 24 hours across the city. Whose door should be knocked for safety & security of Delhiites ?

Following to his tweet , Delhi government uploaded a graph showing 10% decline in heinous crimes as compared to 2018 and 22% decline in crimes committed against senior citizens due to preventive efforts of the police.

Also two of the three incidents of murder which Hon’ble CM @ArvindKejriwal is referring have been committed by family members or persons living in the house. Both cases are solved & accused arrested. In the Vasant Vihar case also entry is friendly and police has vital leads.

The Aam Admi Party ( AAP) also blames BJP’s MPs for deteriorating condition of law and order in the capital.
A 42 year old man allegedly killed his wife and three young children by slitting their throat with knife on Saturday in South Delhi’s Mehrauli area.
Another couple described as Vishnu Mathur and Shashi Mathur, along with their maid Khushbu found dead with their throats slit  in Vasant Vihar, South Delhi on Sunday.
A 51 year old man identified as Hari Ballabh and his 47 year old wife Shanti Singh found dead in Dwarka’s Mohan Garden area on Saturday. The culprit has not identified yet.
Delhi government declines all the allegations of Mr.Arvind Kejriwal. In a tweet the Delhi governmnet’s officials said that :
