A father and son from Abilene, Texas – John Miller and Michael Miller shot their neighbor fatally in recorded video. During a dispute over trash. All this happened during a fight over a mattress in their dumpster.

In the video, one can hear both Howard and Box shouting at John Miller for pulling guns in front of children.
Ffirst-degree murder charged on Michael Miller, 31 and his father John Miller, 67, for death of Aaron Howard, 37.
They were in arrested and later released a day later on a surety bond of $25,000.
