The crime of Burglary has been reported. But this case is different. In most cases, the shopkeeper complains about the theft. But have you ever thought if a burglar did the same? Well, yes a burglar seems disappointed when received no cash.
Burglar Seems Disappointed:-
Burglars often leave some evidence in order to execute a successful plan however, this one left a note. The case happens to be of a grocery store in Neyveli in Tamil Nadu’s Cuddalore district. In the hope of a good amount of cash, the burglar witnessed an empty cash chest.
According to the police, the burglar entered into the shop in the Mandarakuppam locality by removing the tiles of the shop on Thursday. However, he proceeded to take cash from the cash chest and was depressed yet shocked to see no cash. Frustrated and a bit angry by his experience, he ransacked the shop and left a note complaining about “stupidity of shopkeeper.”
Baffled Police Officials:-
In his note, which he wrote in Tamil said,
“Is it justified on your part to keep the cash chest empty when I had to come to steal risking my life.”
Adding to this, he further stated, “To express my disappointment I have performed this monkey act (the ransacking).”
Eventually Jayaraj, the shopkeeper immediately reported the incident in the police station. Though Jayaraj along with the police officers seemed baffled on receiving the note from Burglar.
“This is the first time we have come across such a case in our jurisdiction.” said one of the police officers in Cuddalore, referring to the handwritten note. In addition to this, A handwritten note would help the police to find the frustrated burglar.
