Dimple Kapadia: Betty Kapadia took her last breaths at Hinduja hospital in Suburban Khar, Mumbai. She was 80.
According to Hospital sources, Betty Kapadiya was admitted in the hospital on the 14th of November, in the ICU ward.
Twinkle Khanna recently posted her vacation trip pictures to Instagram. She was celebrating Betty Kapadia’s 80th birthday at Shillim Lonavala along with her spouse Akshay Kumar. She wrote: “Grandmother’s 80th with family, friends and loads of laughter #ShilimDiaries.”
A memorable and heart touching moment between Kumar and Betty Kapadia on the vacation was also seen on Karan Kapadia’s Instagram account.
Twinkle’s grandmother wed a Gujarati Entrepreneur. They had 4 children including Dimple Kapadiya, Simple Kapadia, Reema and a brother named Munna.
One may remember Betty being protective of Dimple Kapadia when she acted in movies like the bold movie Bobby. Mother must have supported her daughter very much for her to be bold.
She also featured in Saagar along side Kamal Hassan. Also, in award winning film Rudaali where she acts as a widow. But, lately you might remember her from recent movie with Deepika Padukone in Finding Fanny.
