Lebanese city makes female cops wear tiny shorts for tourists – Video

This Lebanese mayor’s plans to improve the country’s image and attract more tourists. By having attractive Young girl officers in red berets and black mini-shorts. These girls are now patrolling the streets in the town of Broummana in Lebanon.

“About 99% percent tourists in Mediterranean region wear shorts,” said Mayor Pierre Achkar. “We want to attract more tourists and also make the country look better” he says. Having attractive female traffic cops squads is a good idea he believes.

But some people from the town had mixed reaction. They did complain as it demeans the women.

But, one of the Cop girl said “We do this work willingly and do it with enthusiasm. We hope it returns every summer”.
